Because every BarrettHOUSE rug is one of a kind, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about color, size, texture, or fit for your space — we're genuinely happy to help you decide.

For Made With You custom rugs, all sales are final once production has begun. Your $2,000 deposit confirms your collaboration and initiates the making process.

If your rug arrives damaged or is not as described, we will make it right. Please email us at hello@barretthouseedits.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details, and we'll take care of everything.
