By accessing or purchasing from barretthouseedits.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General This website is operated by BarrettHOUSE. By visiting our site and purchasing our products, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.

2. Products All BarrettHOUSE rugs are one of a kind. Colors, textures, and dimensions may vary slightly from photography due to the handmade nature of each piece. We make every effort to represent our products accurately and are happy to answer questions before you purchase.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Prices for orders already placed will not change.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. For Made With You custom rugs, a $2,000 deposit is required to initiate your collaboration. The remaining balance is due via invoice prior to production beginning. All sales on custom orders are final once production has begun.

5. Shipping Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery timelines and methods. All orders ship free within the United States.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Because every BarrettHOUSE rug is one of a kind, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@barretthouseedits.com.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including photography, copy, and brand assets — is the property of BarrettHOUSE and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability BarrettHOUSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
